I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself.
I am currently a MSc student in the Food Technology Division (FTD), School of Industrial Technology, Universiti Sains Malaysia. My MSc research project, Development of new food product from poultry-Non chicken meat.
I spent considerable periods of time conducting research, collect of data, statistical analysis,preparation manuscripts for conferences and submission to a peer-reviewed journal.
